Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing.
We do accept returns or offer replacements for:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Defective print quality
- Incorrect items received
To request a return or replacement: Contact us at carla@boundbyempathy.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement or full refund, processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without prior approval
